CLEMENTI, SINGAPORE – A violent two-car collision in Clementi claimed the life of a driver early morning on Monday, May 11, 2026 after their vehicle veered off the road and struck a tree with devastating force. The accident, which occurred along a busy stretch of the residential town, left one car virtually unrecognizable and triggered a massive response from emergency services.

The accident involved a high-performance Jaguar and another passenger vehicle traveling through the Clementi area. According to preliminary reports from the Traffic Police, the two vehicles collided at high speed, causing the Jaguar to lose traction and careen off the asphalt.

The high-intensity collision caused the Jaguar to strike a large tree along the center divider, with the impact so severe that the chassis wrapped around the trunk.
