TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Banx Media, BanxChange, and all affiliated digital platforms operated by Banx Technologies (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Platform Overview

Banx Media is an open, decentralized publishing platform that allows independent contributors and authors to publish media, articles, and news content. The Platform may use blockchain technology for transparency and author rewards but does not function as an investment platform, trading system, or financial intermediary.

The only blockchain-based activity associated with Banx Media is the distribution of BXE token rewards to verified authors for published content. Banx Media does not facilitate or endorse any cryptocurrency purchases, trades, or investments.

2. Intellectual Property and Ownership of Content

All content, design, text, code, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Banx Technologies.

Ownership Transfer

By submitting or publishing any material (“Content”) on the Platform, the author permanently and irrevocably transfers all ownership rights of the Content to Banx Technologies. This includes but is not limited to:

• Exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights;
• Rights to edit, reproduce, adapt, license, distribute, or monetize the Content;
• Rights to use, archive, and promote the Content across affiliated media or partners;
• Rights to modify, combine, or use the Content for commercial, editorial, or marketing purposes.

Authors retain no rights or claims to their published work after submission, including moral, financial, or derivative rights. All submitted materials become the sole and permanent property of Banx Technologies upon publication.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You will not impersonate others or engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

Banx Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.

4. User-Generated Content and Platform Use

Banx Media is an open media environment where independent contributors may publish freely. All opinions, data, and claims expressed by users or authors belong solely to those individuals and do not represent the views of Banx Technologies.

• Banx Technologies does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of published content;
• Holds no responsibility for misinformation, factual errors, or misleading statements;
• Reserves the right to edit or remove content at its discretion.

Users should independently verify any information before relying on it.

5. BXE Token Use

The BXE token is provided only as a reward mechanism for authors. Banx Media does not promote or endorse the purchase, sale, or speculation of BXE or any digital asset. All token rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not guaranteed in value. Banx Media and Banx Technologies are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from external trading or token use.

6. Payments and Purchases

If Banx Media offers products or services (e.g., merchandise, advertising placements, media packages), all sales are subject to these Terms. Payments are final once confirmed. Banx Technologies may refuse, modify, or refund any transaction at its sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, exchanges, or tools. Banx Technologies is not responsible for the content, security, or accuracy of these third-party services. Accessing them is done entirely at the user’s own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Banx Technologies, its affiliates, and personnel are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform;
• Reliance on user-generated or third-party content;
• Technical issues, system interruptions, or data breaches;
• Any financial or reputational losses connected to digital assets.

You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Banx Technologies, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, your published content, or your breach of these Terms. This obligation continues even after account termination.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle information. By using Banx Media, you agree to that Privacy Policy in full.

11. Termination

Banx Technologies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary for platform integrity.

12. Amendments

Banx Technologies may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and enforceable.
