A spokesperson for Ridglan Farms claimed that illegal actions could result in extensive damages, estimating costs up to $6 million, and warned that such activities could endanger both activists and the animals involved.

Dane County Executive Melissa Agard echoed calls for peaceful demonstrations. She expressed her understanding of community concerns regarding animal welfare but stressed, “It is essential that all demonstrations remain non-violent and lawful.”
