ISFAHAN, Iran — Joint airstrikes carried out by the United States and Israel struck military facilities in Isfahan, targeting an Iranian Air Force base and other strategic infrastructure as the regional conflict between Tehran and its adversaries continues to intensify.
Explosions were reported across Isfahan province as missiles and aerial bombardments hit multiple sites linked to Iran’s military capabilities. Local reports indicated that facilities connected to Iran’s air defense systems and aircraft operations were among the targets of the strikes.
According to Israeli military statements, the strikes focused on military compounds at the Isfahan airport complex, including Iranian fighter aircraft and detection systems believed to threaten Israeli and allied aircraft operating in the region.
The operation is believed to be part of a broader joint campaign by the United States and Israel aimed at weakening Iran’s military infrastructure, including missile systems, air defenses, and command facilities. Reports indicate that hundreds of targets across Iran have been hit since the offensive began.
