According to police reports, the young woman was at a private event last June when she was coerced into drinking vodka against her will. The person accused of forcing her to ingest the alcoholic beverage was identified by authorities as 19-year-old pilot Pedro Arthur Turra Basso.
The teenager’s account, recorded in a formal complaint with the 38th Police Station in Vicente Pires, states that she repeatedly declined the drink. Even so, she says, Turra urged others to hold her arms as he cornered her and compelled her to swallow vodka despite her resistance — a moment captured on video later attached to the police investigation.
Under Brazilian law, providing alcohol to minors is a crime under the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA), carrying penalties that can include imprisonment and fines. Whether that provision will be applied in this case depends on ongoing police work and judicial decisions.

Following that episode, Formula Delta, the racing league in which he was slated to compete in 2026, announced his removal from the season, stating it does not condone violence.
